We are located in Wales so circumstances on delivery/click & collect may change to follow the updated govt guidelines on COVID-19. Contact us if you have any questions before you place an order. UK delivery is as normal although we are informed that delivery times may take longer.

You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 2 working days. Please allow up to 6 working days for your order to arrive although we aim to get your parcel to you within 3-4 days.

All collections must be paid for online before collecting & order collection will be contactless at the door.
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt. If the product is not suitable send us a message, but please ensure all items remain unused and intact. All orders are wrapped and packed with care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition however, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty you must contact us immediately. Once a return has been agreed we would expect the products to be returned in any original packaging. The cost of returning any unwanted product for an exchange or a refund will be at your charge with the exception of damaged or faulty goods. A refund will not include the original postage paid unless the item was damaged or faulty.
